Bourse de Tunis : Les émissions réalisées par les sociétés cotées, en 2021, a atteint 508 MD

Le montant global des émissions réalisées par les sociétés cotées en bourse et autorisées par le Conseil du Marché Financier, en 2021, a atteint 508 MD, pour 14 opérations.

Ces opérations sont réparties entre 8 emprunts obligataires qui ont porté au total sur 447MD, un Emprunt obligataire émis selon les principes de la finance islamique pour un montant de 10MD, et 5 augmentations de capital pour 51MD.

Il importe de souligner aussi que l’activité boursière a clôturé, en 2021, sur une note positive. A ce titre l’indice phare de la Bourse de Tunis, Tunindex, a enregistré une hausse de 2,34%, contre deux années en territoire négatif, soit 3,33% et 2,06% respectivement en 2020 et 2019 mais avec des progressions de 15,76% et 14,45% respectivement en 2018 et 2017.
