Renault confirme une restructuration de sa coentreprise avec Brilliance en Chine

Renault a confirmé mercredi des informations de presse selon lesquelles sa coentreprise en Chine avec le constructeur automobile chinois Brilliance Auto Group était à court de liquidités et allait être restructurée.

L’agence Bloomberg a rapporté dans la journée que le constructeur automobile français avait décidé d’engager un processus de restructuration en raison de la situation financière de la co-entreprise Renault Brilliance Jinbei Automotive.

En septembre, une source avait déclaré à Reuters que Renault était en discussions avancées pour mettre fin à sa coentreprise avec Brilliance Auto dans les véhicules utilitaires, le groupe au losange ayant décidé de restructurer ses opérations en Chine en difficultés.
