La Banque Internationale Arabe de Tunisie (BIAT) vient d’annoncer que les souscriptions à l’emprunt obligataire «Emprunt Subordonné BIAT 2021¬1 » d’un montant de 90 millions de dinars (MD) susceptible d’être porté à un montant maximum de 120 MD, ont été clôturées avec succès, pour un montant de 100,5 MD.
Pour rappel, cet emprunt a été émis sans recours à l’appel public à l’épargne. Les souscriptions ont été ouvertes le 24 mai 2021 et clôturées le 24 août 2021.
