La Société BH Assurance a annoncé, lundi 14 mars 2022, que son Conseil d’Administration a décidé de convoquer une Assemblée Générale Ordinaire pour le mercredi 30 mars 202.

Durant cette AGO, les actionnaires décideront à propos de la proposition relative à la distribution d’un dividende de 1,1 dinar par action.

A noter que le CA a arrêté, lors de sa réunion du 08 mars 2022, les états financiers relatifs à l’exercice 2021, lesquels ont été soumis aux Commissaires aux Comptes.
