L’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire de l’Union Bancaire pour le Commerce et l’industrie (UBCI), tenue le 27 Avril 2021 a fixé le dividende de l’exercice 2020 à 1 dinar par action s’appliquant pour 20 001 529 actions anciennes soit 20% du nominal.
Le dividende sera versé comme suit : 1 dinar par action en franchise de retenue à la source à prélever sur les réserves facultatives constituées antérieurement au 31 décembres 2013. Ces dividendes seront mis en paiement à partir du 6 mai 2021.
