UBCI : mis en paiement d’un dividende à partir du 7 Mai 2024

UNION BANCAIRE POUR LE COMMERCE ET L’INDUSTRIE –UBCI a fait savoir que l’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire, tenue le 26 Avril 2024 a fixé le dividende de l’exercice 2023 à DTU 1,250 par action, s’appliquant pour 20 001 529 actions anciennes soit 25% du nominal.

Le dividende sera versé comme suit : 1,250 dinar par action soumis à une retenue de 10% (pour les personnes physiques résidentes et les personnes physiques et morales non résidentes) à prélever sur le résultat de l’exercice 2023.

Ces dividendes seront mis en paiement à partir du 07 Mai 2024.
