A l’occasion de son introduction sur le marché Principal de la Bourse de Tunis, la Société SMART TUNISIE tient une communication financière aujourd’hui, jeudi 09 décembre 2021, à partir de 14h30, au siège de la Bourse de Tunis.

Leader de la distribution dans le secteur de l’IT en Tunisie, SMART Tunisie, s’introduit sur le marché principal de la cote de la bourse via une opération mixte de cession de titres (46 millions de dinars -MDt) et d’augmentation de capital (10 MDt).

La levée de fonds permettra au Groupe de renforcer son assise financière et de financer un programme d’investissement, portant sur une enveloppe de 17 MDt.
