ESSOUKNA : Une baisse de 55,24% du chiffre d’affaires au 30-09-2023

Au terme du troisième trimestre 2023, la société ESSOUKNA a réalisé un chiffre d’affaires de 5,868 MDT contre 13,110 MDT un an plus tôt, soit une baisse de 55,24%.

Les promesses de vente fermes au 30 Septembre 2023 se sont élevées à 4,368 MDT.

Par ailleurs, le stock de produits finis s’est établi à 16,058 MDT au 30-09-2023 contre 13,207 MDT à fin Septembre 2022, soit une hausse de 21,58%.

L’Excédent Brut d’Exploitation ressort négatif de 782 mDT, au 30-09-2023, contre un solde positif de 2,777 MDT au 30-09-2022.

Au cours de cette période, la société a obtenu le permis de bâtir du lot n°3 à Manouba et a entamé les travaux de construction d’un projet immobilier sur ledit lot.
