L’INT lance une consultation publique sur les jeux promotionnels

L’Instance Nationale des Télécommunications (INT) a annoncé, aujourd’hui jeudi 7 avril 2022 , le lancement d’une consultation publique sur les jeux promotionnels incluant des services de télécommunications.

L’objectif est de recueillir l’avis des acteurs sur les orientations à prendre quant aux règles à adopter pour le traitement des dits jeux promotionnels, ainsi que sur certains aspects spécifiques notamment le développement des activités des start-up dans ce contexte.

La consultation est ouverte jusqu’au 20 avril 2022.
