TPR réalise un résultat consolidé net de la société de 41,345 MDT en 2023

Le Conseil d’Administration de la société Tunisie Profilés Aluminium « TPR » SA, réuni le 22 avril 2024, a examiné le rapport d’activité de la société et a arrêté les états financiers relatifs à l’exercice clos au 31 décembre 2023 qui font ressortir un résultat individuel net de 29,629 MDT en 2023 contre 22 ,881 MDT en 2022, soit une progression de 29%.

Le résultat consolidé net de la société s’est établi au niveau de 41,345 MDT en 2023 contre 28,965MDT en 2022, soit une progression de 43%.

Le Conseil d’Administration a décidé de proposer à l’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire la distribution d’un dividende de 0,400 Dinar par action, et de convoquer l’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire pour le Mardi 28 Mai 2024.
