L’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire de Amen Bank fixe le montant des dividendes à distribuer aux actionnaires, au titre de l’exercice 2023, à 3,220 dinars par action soit un montant total de 97 450 080,000 dinars, dont un montant de 14 526 720,000 Dinars, prélevé sur les résultats reportés provenant des bénéfices des exercices antérieurs à 2014.
Ce montant sera servi en franchise de retenue à la source en conformité avec les dispositions de l’article 19 de la Loi de Finances pour l’année 2014.
