La QNB envisage l’augmentation de son capital social de 250 MD

La QNB a annoncé, ce mercredi, qu’elle organisera une Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire le mercredi 22 février 2023, afin de statuer sur la proposition d’augmentation du capital social de la banque.

Il s’agit de porter le capital de la QNB de 394 millions de dinars à 644 millions de dinars, soit une augmentation de 250 millions de dinars, et ce, via l’émission de 25 millions actions nouvelles d’une valeur de 10 dinars, chacune.
