Les pays membres de l’Union européenne (UE) ont approuvé lundi un arrêt progressif des importations de pétrole et de gaz en provenance de Russie d’ici le 1er janvier 2028, a annoncé le Conseil européen.
Les ministres de l’Energie des Vingt-Sept réunis à Luxembourg ont validé cette proposition de la Commission européenne destinée à tarir les revenus de la Russie utilisés pour financer son effort de guerre en Ukraine.
